endurance schedule
During our endurance practice, we will focus on training our muscles to withstand deep burn. This is a practice for folks interested in great form and using that form to maximize effort and intensity. Expect long holds in intense shapes, small movements to target slow twitch muscle fibers and muscle fatigue. Biggest focuses will be on core, glutes, hamstrings & the general mental battle we face when confronted with difficult tasks. This class is a great compliment to our strength class!
