power essentials schedule
power essentials builds a solid foundation of strength and flexibility for yoga practice with all levels of experience welcome. class begins with a warm-up to wake up the joints and spine in preparation for Sun A and Sun B salutations and the standing series which will be familiar to anyone who has practiced Ashtanga. the standing series prepares the body to come down to the floor for spine strengthening and backward bends. from there, class will wind down with forward bends, gentle spinal twists and restorative poses before concluding in savasana.
this class is heated to 90 degrees.
