Elizabeth is drawn to yoga for its ability to balance both the body and mind. She sees herself as a guide and encourages students to find their own path through her teaching. Classes vary in pace, sometimes flowing through postures and other times pausing to clarify alignment. Regardless of pace, sequences are always thoughtful and open for modification.
