sound bath performance w/ Elly Kace

Please join us for a special sound bath live performance of Elly Kace’s concept album ‘Nothing I see means anything’. Elly will perform gentle music from her original album with her healing instruments and also offer a chakra balancing sound bath meditation. Feel free to bring journals, crystals and malas if you would like. A sound bath performance is a meditative experience where you are essentially “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments. Be prepared to relax, heal, and become immersed in sound.
