Pilates is a low-impact strengthening modality which shares many of the same principles as yoga, such as breath and concentration. In this 4-week series, we will explore different Pilates flows designed to build strength and flexibility to compliment your vinyasa yoga practice. Week 1: Balance Week 2: Spinal Mobility Week 3: Core Stability Week 4: Full Body Strengthening While each week has a theme, you are welcome to join class at any point throughout the series - come to one or all 4! This class is not heated.
