Let’s talk about the foundations of a handstand! We will go through drills and exercises to build strength and learn the mechanics of going upside down. We’ll run through a circuit style program really warming up and tiring out our muscles. We will play with handstands against the wall and in the center of the room. We’ll have time for Q & A - feel free to email questions in advance too! Beginners and experienced yogis are all welcome!
