The styles

Five ways to sweat, guided by expert teachers who bring a playful spirit.

Every hot class on our schedule takes its character from whoever's at the front of the room. The room stays the same: the voice and playlist change every time.

  1. 95Β°
    Advanced Hot Vinyasa

    Tangerine Flow+

Push your practice with an amplified version of Tangerine Flow for experienced practitioners.

The sequencing is athletic and pulls from lineages as diverse as our teachers including Power Yoga and Ashtanga. It's built for practitioners familiar with yoga who want to challenge themselves including opportunities for arm balances and inversions.

    Hot Vinyasa Flow, All Levels

    Tangerine Flow

Focus on linking breath to movement in a flow that challenges your body and quiets your mind.

No two classes are the same. Most teachers bring 10+ years of experience with thoughtful sequencing and fun, funky transitions. Some teachers weave in Indic mythology while for others, music drives their dance-like sequencing. This is more than just a workout: it's mindful movement.

    Hot Pilates

    Hot Mat Pilates

An all-levels Pilates class that builds core awareness, control, and functional stability.

Just like with our yoga practice, it's important to us to stay true to Pilates' roots while still bringing a fun, playful spirit. Take your core strength, control, and stability to the next level and see the results in your yoga practice.

    Hot Sculpt + Strength

    Strength

Build strength through a combination of HIIT with light weights, core exercises, and yoga asana.

This is a workout class for yoga people. Expect to sweat, get your heart rate up, and challenge your endurance in an empowering way. Each teacher brings their own twist using HIIT, light weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises for a full body workout. This conditioning lets every other class on this page feel easier.

    Vinyasa + Restorative

    Flow + Restore

Wind down with a mindful flow followed by a deep and relaxing restorative practice.

A non-heated flow helps burn off any excess energy so that you can rest more deeply in the restorative second half of class. If you're feeling overwhelmed or run down by the daily grind of New York life, come to this class to reset, rest, and replenish.

What to wear
Anything you can sweat in and move in. Doesn't need to be the latest matching set. Most students practice barefoot; grippy socks work too.
What to bring
Yourself, hydrated. Mats and towels are included. Water is for sale and there's a fountain to refill.
Arrival
Show up 10–15 minutes early, especially your first time. Check in at the front desk and we'll show you around. Spots in the room are first-come, first-served.
Hydration
We always recommend bringing water to class, and you're welcome to take a break and have a sip whenever you need. Especially during the summer months and if you're new to hot yoga, focus on hydrating throughout the day.
How often
Two to four classes a week is a sustainable starting point. On our fourteen-day trial, try getting into a rhythm by practicing every other day.
