Welcome to #30DaysofTangerine! Congrats on making this incredible commitment to your health and yourself. We are so excited to have you!
My intention is provide you with the tools and the support you need to kick off 2016 with energy, focus, and FUN so that you can have the best year yet! As a yoga teacher and health coach, I'm passionate about helping people manage stress, gain energy, and feel their absolute best through no-fuss diet and lifestyle changes, and I'm excited to share some of my best tips, recipes, and inspiration with you.
What’s your intention? Intention is a powerful thing - it helps us create our reality by providing our subconscious with a road map to where we want to go. Ask yourself - Why am I doing this challenge? Are you looking to find more calm? Gain strength? Build community? Having trouble identifying your intention? Write down this question and then just start writing whatever comes to mind. You may be surprised as to what comes up.
Once you’ve identified your personal attention, share it! Respond to this email and (if you are comfortable sharing) post to social media (Facebook group!)! Use the hashtag #30daysoftangerine and tag us @tangerinehotpoweryoga and @emilynachazel so we can all support each others' intentions!
