You made it through week one - way to go! Let’s take a hot second to check in {pun intended}: how are you feeling? Already, you may notice that you are sleeping better, waking up more energized, and feeling stronger throughout your practice. All within just one week! Woo hoo!
I’d love to hear about what other *awesome* shifts you are seeing and feeling. How is your mood? Are you breathing deeper? Drinking more water? Maybe you are even making better food choices since you are hydrated and hitting the mat more often. Reply to this email and let me know what’s going on with you! PS. I've heard from a lot of you that you are feeling sore from all the yoga. That's okay! It's your body getting stronger. Here's a few practices I recommend to soothe mild aches and pains and support the body: 1) Use Deep Blue essential oil rub for natural on-the-spot pain relief. Purchase here (click 'Shop') 2) Soak in an Epsom salt bath. Here's a brand I love! 3) Take a Magnesium supplement (promotes muscle relaxation so take at night for restful sleep). This one is my favorite. And remember, make sure to get plenty of water, rest, and good healthy foods!
