Hi <<First Name>>,
As we move into week two of our challenge, it may start to feel like just that: a challenge. The first week was fun and exciting, but now real life is starting to catch up and you may be feeling a little overwhelmed. I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be hard. Actually, it can be easy.

Ask yourself, how can I make my practice less of a “have-to” and more of a “want-to”? What do I need to let go of, what do I need to make space for in order to truly enjoy coming to my mat each and every day?
Perhaps that means you wake up (or leave work) 15 minutes earlier so you are not rushing to class. Or maybe it means you take a less-intense variation of a pose if your body is asking for it. Or maybe it means you choose a green smoothie over an indulgent brunch (so your belly is not screaming at you during all those twists!).
When we let it be easy, when we let yoga feel good, we are more likely to stick with the daily practice. And that’s the whole point of this “challenge” thing anyway.
How will you let is be easy this week? Hit reply or share with us in the Facebook group.
Easy does it, Emily
