Like I mentioned on Tuesday, twists are great for gently detoxing your body. When you come out of the twist, the organs are flooded with fresh blood and oxygen, stimulating them.
Twists are all over the place in yoga and I bet you’ve done A LOT of them the past week without even realizing it (or maybe you did realize about 3 breaths into chair twist on the second side).
A few examples of twisting postures are: Supine twist Chair twist Low lunge twist
