Oh Em Gee, today marks two weeks down in our challenge! Time sure does fly when you’re having fun :)
So tell me, how are you feeling? Is getting to the mat becoming easier? If not, don’t worry just keep gently reminding yourself that you are doing this for you, because you love your body and because you enjoy the practice. Relax. Breathe. Flow. And most of all, have FUN!
Since you’ve been rocking it out for two whole weeks it’s time to break it down, dance party style. I think a Sunday morning dance party is the perfect way to energize your day and give your body a much-needed shake out.
