Good Morning <<First Name>>!
I find two things totally sap my energy when it comes to food: 1) Not eating enough and getting hangry and 2) Eating WAY too much and slipping into food coma. I created this little snack mix to keep my energy levels steady no matter what the day throws my way.
Superfood Trail Mix // vegan, gluten-free, raw
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw nuts (I like a mix of almonds, walnuts, and cashews)
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried goji berries
- 1/4 cup dried mulberries
- scant 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl (or mason jar) and mix to combine. I recommend keeping a small ziploc bag or container in your purse or bag for when energy dips!

As with most of my recipes, this one is very adaptable. Allergic to nuts? Try a fun mix of raw seeds! Can't find goji berries? Unsweetened cranberries or cherries would also taste great. Play around with it and find a combination that YOU love best!
