HOLY MOLY, it's been FOUR WEEKS since we started this journey together!
Can you believe we've been at it for almost 30 days? I can! I knew you could do it, especially with me all up in your inbox every day :) Here are some of the *awesome* changes you guys have seen over the past few weeks:

You guys!! Can you hear my little health-coach heart bumping out of my chest over here? I'm seriously smiling from ear to ear just thinking about all the goodness we've created the past month.
The best part? It's not over yet! Yes, we have a few more days left of the challenge, but what I mean is that this is only the beginning. You made the choice to sign up for this challenge, to commit to your health and to yourself, and to continually strive for self- discovery and improvement.
