Reactivating means to start again. You get a new password, you reactivate your email. A membership lapses, you reactivate your account.
In yoga we use reactivation to mean engagement with feelings and movements that give you fire. Reactivate the areas of your body and mind that will bring the routine you’re used to into a ritual defined by vitality.
In this week’s workshop you’ll get to the core of the Warrior (1, 2 and 3), by getting to know the bones, joints and muscles that are needed to create these postures. Knowledge is Power.
