In yoga, we repeat poses: up dog, down dog; rinse, repeat. The trick is to bring new life to a pose each time, with truth, curiosity, and maybe a bit of moxie. From this intentionality, a routine finds energy, which leads to a ritual that expands your consciousness with surprise.
In this week’s workshop you’ll breathe new life into your hips. You’ll learn how to practice postures with props to help
create stability, and mobility in this area that’s the focal point of so many poses.
