christina's classes shake up, move around and balance out the different energies felt in the body over the course of the yearly cycle. her creative, alignment-based sequences build upon an energetic theme and encourage students to explore the same shape in different and playful ways throughout class. expect to move to a beat!
yin draws from the five elements in traditional chinese medicine & taoism to create a practice that is deliberate, gentle & uplifting. expect a mix of longer holds, deliberately placed supports & props, acupressure, mudra, mantra, & pranayama.
