Dear Friends -

I hope you all are safe and healthy and finding a little more normalcy at this particular moment in time.

We have exciting news to share!

It is with great pleasure + slightly bittersweet to say that tangerine has been sold to a couple that have loved the studio since 2017.
Let me introduce you to Laura Adelson and Ian Whalen who are the new owners.

Laura, in particular, has been practicing at tangerine and also became part of our staff; working the front desk and teaching community classes.

Both she and Ian are very dedicated and committed to running tangerine in such a way as to continue to support our incredible community of teachers, staff and students.

They are the most caring people I’ve met in a long time.
I never would have thought of letting go of the studio but when I wrote that we might be closing permanently, Laura and Ian reached out to us and asked if they could possibly take over to keep the studio and community intact. In the end, it was a great fit.

I will still be a part of tangerine in some capacity which we are working out.

The community has been an incredible gift…getting to hang with teachers, staff, students on any given day was pure JOY.

I love you with my whole heart. 
I miss you terribly and can’t wait to hug you again in the near future.
