Join Derric Harris for this virtual, breath-centric deep stretch workshop.
The Yin practice focuses on creating more length and space by holding the shapes for an extended amount of time. Unlike in the Yin practice, there will be an emphasis in this workshop on how the engagement of muscles can aid in creating stronger end ranges of motion and increasing mobility.
Practitioners will be encouraged to focus on sensations, breathe in acceptance, and to move from a place of possibility.
