A Katonah Yoga class is a challenging practice based in structural form and imagination. It’s not a vinyasa flow class, but there’s a flow to the structure of the class that keeps you integrated. This practice is based in Hatha yoga which means poses are held longer and refined. It also draws from Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine as the basis of theory.
What you can expect from this class is a vigorous physical practice with a bundle of practical and charming idioms. You’ll leave feeling centered in your body, strong, and brimming with imagination.
