Saturdays at 11:30am (75 minute intensive!)
Join Amanda for a four week yoga camp focused on building a practice with function in mind! For experienced practitioners to dive deeper and go further in their practice. Space is limited to an intimate 8 students and you must book for all four Saturdays.
~ Intermediate to advanced functional power yoga focused on joint stability and alignment
~Targeted and productive meditation, dharana and pranayama that improves emotional awareness and strengthens mental skills
~Intake from each student; sessions customized to the goals of the group
~Classes will build internal heat and students will be challenged
~Classes will end with ~15 minutes of meditation to help kickstart your practice - no experience necessary
