We are so excited to host Elly Kace for another sound meditation where she will perform her concept album 'Nothing I See Means Anything'. Elly will perform gentle music from her original album with her healing instruments and also offer a chakra balancing sound bath meditation. Feel free to bring journals, crystals and malas if you would like.
Elly Kace is a Brooklyn based soprano who works in opera, oratorio and contemporary music. She has been acclaimed as a “stand out performer” (Opera News) with “delicious sultriness of voice (and) smoldering lyricism” (Operawire). She has performed at the Park Avenue Armory, Carnegie Hall, and around the world. What's a Sound Meditation?
In a sound meditation experience, you are essentially "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including singing bowls. Be prepared to relax, heal, and become immersed in sound.
