Ariel's classes are a great way to start any day
Meet Ariel, one of our amazing instructors. Ariel has been with Tangerine for a while and we love her fun classes, amazing energy, and strong flows.
Ariel has been in New York for over a decade, and teaching yoga nearly as long! She was introduced to yoga by her mother, who was taking yoga to help recover from an injury. From day one she was hooked and developed a regular practice. Ariel teaches quirky vinyasa and power yoga classes. She also teaches corporate chair yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and trauma informed yoga.
Ariel's favorite pose is a standing forward fold (who doesn't love that stretch? 🙌), she is a Taurus who loves to stay up late, and likes her coffee with just cream and sugar. When she isn't teaching, you can usually find Ariel at the beach, with friends, or cooking!
One of her favorite parts of teaching at Tangerine is seeing familiar faces at the studio and having students feel good about themselves and their bodies.
