We are so thrilled to be offering a new class format on Sunday evenings - strength!
This class is meant to compliment and enhance your traditional yoga flow classes. By combining HIIT cardio, body weighted sculpt exercises, and foundational yoga asanas, practitioners will build functional strength that can be used to move more safely and efficiently through flow classes.
