yoga for anxiety
Hope your summers are going well!
I wanted to send a note since I'm taking about 5 weeks off from teaching yoga for anxiety for summer vacation. I'm definitely excited to travel, but I'll miss teaching this class every week!
Until we're back at the studio in-person in September, here's a brief practice you can do from home or while you're traveling too.
See you back in the studio every Tuesday night at 830pm starting Sept 13!
