As a certified Sound Therapist, Sakina is excited to bring sound healing to Tangerine! Sound therapy is an ancient therapeutic technique that uses tonal frequencies to balance and harmonize the body’s vibrations. In a sound healing session, or sound bath, you'll lie down on your mat and simply listen as the practitioner plays various instruments to “bathe” you in the soothing sounds and vibrations. These sound frequencies induce a deeply restorative brain state, activating the body’s self-healing system. Be prepared to relax and heal as you are immersed in sound!
