join Molly for a special class - baby & me
Come get your body moving and connect with your baby in this 45min movement class that celebrates the new parenthood journey. We'll take this time to strengthen your relationship with your body, your baby, and your community. Class will start slow, pairing breathing and meditation with some light stretching for the post -partum body, followed by some post-partum core exercises, mini yoga flows, and finally, a delicious cool down.
Baby feeding, baby snuggling, baby chasing and baby dancing are always welcome! Let's laugh, play, move, and uplift one another!
