Sunday May 11th at 4:30pm, I’m teaching a special Yoga for Anxiety class centered on what it means to take time for yourself, especially when so much of your energy goes toward caring for others.

As a mom and the owner of Tangerine, I know how hard it can be to find space just for you — to feel like yourself outside of your roles. Yoga has always been that space for me. It’s something I’ve returned to again and again since my own mom first brought me to yoga as a stressed out middle schooler.

In her honor — and in celebration of the many ways we mother and are mothered — you’re invited to bring your mom (or a mom-figure) to my Yoga for Anxiety class for free.

We will also be offering this for our Flow & Restore class on Sunday taught by Willow, who shared this beautiful reflection:

“Mother’s Day, to me, is a powerful reminder of the resilience and strength of women. Being raised by a single mom, I’m forever grateful for her unwavering support and heartfelt encouragement to stay true to myself. May we all feel grounded in the kind of unconditional love that uplifts and sustains us.”
