If your practice has felt a bit more cushion-y in the past few
weeks, it's not just you. Every single mat in the studio just
got replaced!
We've upgraded our old mats with brand new Manduka mats, and
replaced all of the yoga straps while we were at it. The new
gear is comfy, sturdy, and supportive - perfect for helping you
move with more ease and confidence in your practice.
You might notice a few extra friendly faces in some of our
classes - our amazing teaching assistants!
They're here to support both you and our teachers by offering
gentle hands-on assists (if you want them), helping with props,
and keeping the class flow smoothly.
