Join Yogie Land for a Special Pop-Up

‍

You are invited to join Yogie Land, one of our favorite Brooklyn-based kids organizations run by Grant Henry, for a caregiver/child yoga class.

Class is a shared experience where children sing along, explore simple poses inspired by animal friends, and take part in group activities that spark curiosity and creativity. Kids will build emotional strength, confidence, and calm in a playful, imaginative setting.

There is no pressure to do every pose. Some kids love to move, others prefer to watch and listen. Either way, every child is a part of the adventure.

Laura will be there with Cillian and we hope to see a few other alums of our Prenatal Class too!
