Hot enough for you? When the weatherβs hot, our non-heated classes are the perfect way to move, breathe, and recharge without turning up the heat.
Flow + Restore Half energizing flow, half deeply relaxing restorative - this beautifully balanced practice lets you burn off excess energy and truly rest. In the restorative portion, we use props to fully support your body so muscles can release and relax. When your body is physically comfortable, it signals to your nervous system that itβs safe to shift into a βrest and digestβ state. Youβll leave feeling refreshed, calm, and ready for a good night's sleep. Yoga for Anxiety Created by Laura during her Master of Science in Yoga Therapy program, this evidence-informed class starts with gentle, mindful movement to prepare your body and mind for the quieter second half of class, which may include breathwork and/or meditation along with restorative yoga.
