Enjoy a pause from the doing of life to explore the being of life.

Join Abigail and Tangerine Yoga for 5 nights in the Costa Rican mountains – a retreat to slow down, connect, and replenish. Bask in sun-drenched landscapes, practice yoga twice daily, and soak in the beauty of nature.

Your retreat includes:
>Morning flows and afternoon restorative sessions on full retreat days, plus a special tarot yoga workshop
>Accommodations at Río Chirripó, one of Costa Rica’s premier resorts
>Four fresh, local meals each full retreat day
>Pool, spa, and jungle trails on-site
>One excursion day to a nearby waterfall
>Transportation to/from the resort (flight not included; ~4 hr scenic drive)

Between practices, swim, relax, explore the jungle, visit the spa, and connect with fellow retreat-goers. Alcohol and spa services are available for purchase.
