Meet Abigail, our retreat leader

‍

Abigail believes in the power of yoga to turn garbage into gold. She has spent the past ten years teaching throughout New York City, offering creatively sequenced classes that focus on breath, alignment, and a lot of laughter. Her nurturing disposition and sense of play shine through with feel-good asanas, pranayama, and meditation, often infused with Katonah yoga theory to help students feel more at home in their bodies and closer to their true selves.

On retreat, Abigail is excited to guide you through morning flows, afternoon restorative practices (last year’s session in the middle of a rainstorm was unforgettable!) and a special tarot workshop to deepen reflection and self-discovery.

Join Abigail and Tangerine Yoga for 5 nights in the Costa Rican mountains – a retreat to slow down, connect, and replenish. With twice-daily yoga, nourishing meals, and space to rest or explore, you’ll return home recharged.

Your retreat includes:
>Morning flows and afternoon restorative sessions on full retreat days

>Accommodations at Río Chirripó, one of Costa Rica’s premier resorts
