ashtanga half primary series – 65 min schedule
This sequence goes from the opening chant all the way through Navasana (boat pose), completing the practice with backbends, finishing postures and finally, savasana.
This class is open to all levels and prior practice of the Ashtanga series is not required. This sequence is an opportunity to reset your foundational postures, advance your current practice, and better prepare the body and mind for our Tangerine Flow Vinyasa classes.
Class is heated to 85 degrees.
