set sequence (ashtanga) – 65 min schedule
This class follows the Ashtanga Primary Series up to Navasana (boat pose), beginning with the traditional opening chant and ending with backbends, finishing postures, and savasana. While rooted in structure, the sequence offers space to refine foundational poses, deepen your practice, or build strength and focus for Tangerine Flow classes.
Open to all levels — no prior experience with the Ashtanga series is required.
