Should I bring my own mat?
Mats & a towel are free for all. Rent extra towels for $2 and Non-slip mat towels for $3.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We try to be as lenient as possible, but cannot make exceptions when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please make sure to familiarize with the policies below:
Make sure to cancel at least five hours before class time. If you do not cancel five hours in advance, you will lose the class or if you're an unlimited member, you'll be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. As an unlimited member if you don't cancel OR attend class, then you'll be charged a $33 no-show fee.
Signing up for a workshop is like buying concert tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges (unless Tangerine cancels the workshop), so please be certain you will be able to attend before purchasing.
We require a 24 hour cancellation for private yoga or yoga therapy sessions. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
What if I'm late?
We have a five minute grace window meaning that you need to be inside the yoga room by 5 minutes after the start of class to participate.
We strongly encourage arriving 15 minutes early as it ensures the best practice for you, your fellow students, and your teacher. If you’re running late, please inform the studio.
When do my classes expire?
Class expirations depend on what you purchase:
Drop-in - 30 days
5 pack - 3 months
10 pack - 6 months
I'm an unlimited member, how do I use a guest pass?
We recommend signing your guest up in advance and to do so, email email@example.com
with your guest's full name & email address and the class they'd like to attend.
How do I pause or cancel my unlimited membership?
We need requests for pauses or cancellations in writing sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
at least 7 days before your renewal date. We allow one elective pause per year of 2-4 weeks.
How hot does the studio get?
The studio hovers at 90 degrees with varying levels of humidity. Yes, you will sweat.
Can I signup online?
Yep! You can book online or through the MINDBODY mobile app.
Do you offer exchange programs?
We do not have exchange programs, but we’re always looking for talented front desk staff. If you’re interested in becoming part of the team, email email@example.com
. Front desk staff is paid hourly.

We do! Pricing for students is as follows:
Drop-ins are 20% off
Monthly unlimited packages are 10% off
Do you offer private yoga?
Yes! We also offer private yoga therapy with appointments available at 12pm Mon-Thurs with Laura or Sakina. Email firstname.lastname@example.org

What should I wear?
We recommend moisture-wicking fabrics so you can move with ease.
What about hydration?
Stay hydrated throughout the day and take water breaks during class as needed. Everyone’s needs are different, so be mindful and make sure you’re not running on empty. There are faucets at the studio where you can fill up your water, and we sell it as well. Coconut water is also available for purchase and is great for maintaining your electrolytes.
Are there lockers?
Yep! The changing rooms are equipped with lockers that have built-in locks. No need to bring your own.
Are there showers?
We sadly don’t have showers (we wish we did!), but we offer cold lavender and eucalyptus towels after class to cool you down and help you freshen up.
Can I bring my phone to class?
We have a no-phone policy inside of the yoga room to create the best possible, most mindful experience for everyone. You can leave your phone in your locker.
Can I bring my kids to the studio while I practice?
We would love to meet your children, but we cannot be responsible for them while you practice. Please pre-arrange childcare for when you come to the studio.
Is there anywhere to put my bike?
Bikes cannot be brought into the studio, but there are several places to lock them outside.
