strength + restore schedule
A music driven class, combining HIIT cardio, body weighted sculpt exercises, foundational yoga asana and meditation to leave you feeling empowered, balanced and at peace.
The first half of the class will be an energizing ~35 minutes of strength training and cardio designed to get your heart pumping and build strength to help advance your yoga practice. The next ~25 minutes will slow down and include a mix of restorative yoga asana, yin postures, breathwork and meditation designed to tap into your relaxation response and release the heat you built earlier.
This class is not heated.
