This unheated 90 minute workshop is for beginner to intermediate level students looking to improve their alignment in square (front-back) splits. We will work on safe ways of increasing your active range of motion through a series of hip, hamstring and spinal mobility drills. Even if splits are not your primary mobility goal, this workshop will be beneficial for any yogi looking to improve their general flexibility.
