Tangerine Flow
Our signature all-levels vinyasa flow class emphasizing breath, structure, and alignment. Every teacher approaches the Tangerine Flow differently based on their individual style and unique background. All classes are heated to 90+ degrees.
When? Pretty much every morning and evening you will find a Tangerine Flow on our schedule
Katonah Restorative
This isnβt a restorative class that will put you to sleep, on the contrary, it will wake you up as you tune more acutely to your body. Youβll move through a series of hip openers, forward folds, twists, and backbends and by the end of class, you'll shift your nervous system into better equilibrium amplifying your calmer and most grounded self. This class is not heated.
When? Saturdays @ 2:30pm
Flow + Restore
Wind down with a moderate flow followed by a deep and relaxing restorative practice. This class is not heated.
When? Fridays @ 6:45pm & Sundays @ 6:30pm
Tangerine Flow +
An amplified version of our tangerine flow class with challenging sequences and an invitation to explore more advanced poses. This class is heated to 95 degrees.

Yoga for Anxiety
An evidence-informed practice to explore different tools to cope with anxiety including yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation. This class is not heated.
When? Tuesdays @ 8pm
Foundational Flow
Discover how to stabilize your body from the ground up so you can feel more freedom in the foundational postures of yoga. This class focuses on alignment, structure, and basic breathing techniques and will help students advance to higher-level classes. This class is heated to 85 degrees.
