We hold three different class styles to open up your senses and shift your nervous system to a place of relaxation. Check out our restorative class options below:
Yoga for Anxiety
An evidence-informed practice exploring different tools to cope with anxiety. Expect movement, restorative postures, breathwork and meditation.
Tuesdays w/ Laura @ 8pm
Flow + Restore
Wind down with a moderate flow followed by a deep and relaxing restorative practice. Work with props to release muscle tension, slowly releasing the work week and rejuvenating your mind and body.
Fridays w/ Laura @ 6:45pm & Sunday @ 6:30pm w/ Elizabeth
Katonah Restorative
This isn't a restorative class that will put your to sleep, instead it will wake you up as you tune more acutely to your body. You'll move through a series of hip openers, forward folds, twists, and backbends. By the end of class, you'll shift your nervous system into better equilibrium, eventually amplifying your parasympathetic nervous system, your calmer and most grounded self.
