Meet Abigail! Abigail's classes are playful, creatively sequenced, and full of laughter. She brings her nurturing disposition to her students through feel-good asanas, pranayama and meditation. Her classes artfully infuse Katonah yoga theory and aim to orient students within their bodies so that they can get closer to their true selves.
Abigail has been practicing yoga seriously since high school and started teaching in 2014. She is a born and raised New Yorker and loves to infuse Katonah and vinyasa styles of yoga in her classes. Her favorite poses are gomukhasana (cow face pose) and a classic supported bridge pose. She is an early bird, with an Aquarius sun, and loves a matcha. Abigail Iikes to say her special talent is that she is unusually hopeful most of the time.
Take class with Abigail Tuesday mornings at 7am & 8:15am, Wednesday evenings at 5:15pm & 6:45pm, plus Saturday at 12pm.
