With over a decade of teaching experience, Ariel is a seasoned instructor able to work with students and teachers of all levels of experience. After her mother took her to her very first yoga class in 2011, Ariel was hooked and has been practicing consistently her entire adult life.
While Ariel specializes in vinyasa flow and power yoga classes, she is also trained in teaching chair yoga, restorative yoga, trauma-informed yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra (a type of meditation). Ariel has a passion for the myths behind the asanas (postures) and loves incorporating stories from Hindu mythology into her classes. She enjoys challenging and inspiring others to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Ariel endeavors to give each student specific attention and assists in class. She believes that the main point in yoga is ananda (joy) and encourages students to have fun in her challenging and playful classes
Friendly, easy-going, and authentic, Ariel puts practitioners at ease while encouraging them to reach their goals. Ariel believes in the power of yoga to change students' lives for the better and has dedicated her life to this work. Ariel has over 300 hours registered as a yoga teacher and she’s excited to work with you!
