Our Teaching Assistants are all wonderful graduates of a previous Tangerine Teacher Training

We are so proud that we could offer a small number of positions to our past training students as teaching assistants at the studio. They continue to grow their teaching practice by helping with hands-on assists in our busiest classes, by solo teaching our affordable rate community classes, or even substituting for other classes.

A big thank you to learning at Tangerine with our 200 Hour Teaching Program and continuing to invest your energies here at the studio. Brooke, Cissy, Indigo, Molly, and Sabrina, we appreciate all you do for this community.

Our Costa Rica Crew

This year's Tangerine Yoga retreat returned to beautiful Rio Chirripo in the Costa Rican jungle. Abigail led a group of 5 students through both daily practice and unique excursions. With plenty of time for reflection and relaxation, we hope everyone returned home to New York feeling refreshed and ready for their year.
