Yin is a slower kind of yoga where we hold passive(ish) poses for longer periods of time (think 3-5 minutes).
Reiki is a form of hands-on energy healing in which the practitioner channels a universal energy to the recipient. If you’ve taken Robbin’s vinyasa class before, you’ve experienced this during savasana!
In this workshop we’ll move through a yin yoga sequence designed to help you slow down and sleep better while Robbin does reiki for the group. Remember everyone experiences reiki a little differently – some experience a deep sense of relaxation, some experience visual or audio stimuli – the best way to get in to it is having no expectations and just allow yourself to receive the energy.
