How do we define yoga?
Each of our teachers found yoga a different way and gravitates to different parts of the practice.
Traditionally, yoga is a practice of breath control, meditation, and bodily postures practiced to help people get through the challenges of life.
We like to bring the foundations of yoga into all of our vinyasa style classes, emphasizing alignment, structure, and flow, all while connecting to the breath.
