join Robbin for a yin & reiki workshop
In this workshop, weโll move through a yin yoga sequence designed to help you slow down and sleep better while Robbin does reiki for the group.
Yin yoga is a slower kind of yoga where we hold passive(ish) poses for longer periods of time (think 3-5 minutes). Reiki is a form of energy healing in which the practitioner channels a universal energy to the recipient. If youโve taken Robbinโs vinyasa class before, you have experienced this during savasana!
Remember everyone experiences reiki a little differently โ some experience a deep sense of relaxation, some experience audio or visual stimuli- the best way to get into it is having no expectations and just allow yourself to receive the energy.
