Join Abigail + Tangerine Yoga in the Costa Rican mountains for a getaway where we’ll relish in an unhurried pace for a week of yoga, connection, and community. Unwind and replenish as you bask in sun-drenched landscapes and revel in nature. Abigail will teach two yoga practices daily including Katonah flows, restorative sessions, meditation, and tarot yoga. In between, dine on delicious local meals, take a dip in the pool, connect with new friends, stroll through the jungle, explore nearby waterfalls, take a cooking class, and luxuriate at the on-site spa.
